The VIP tickets will be sent approximately two to four weeks before the event or will be ready for collection from our office, but not before payment has been received (subject to change).
During the ordering process, you can choose various delivery locations and shipping methods you want your tickets to be sent to.

The Tickets will be send by registered letter with receipt by signature.
Ticket collection in the office:
– The tickets are available for you to pick up from our office from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as soon as you have received any information by email.
– Please make an appointment with us for the collection in advance to ensure the office is manned.
– Tickets cannot be picked up on the day of the event.
– Please bring your ID and the order confirmation (digital) for pick up.
– 2,00 € will be charged for this service.
We can also send your tickets to a hotel in Berlin. You can tell us the name of the hotel (incl. Address and date of arrival) later, after you have booked it.
