Ticket collection in the office:
- The tickets are available for you to pick up from our office from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as soon as you have received any information by email.
- Please make an appointment with us for the collection in advance to ensure the office is manned.
- Tickets cannot be picked up on the day of the event.
- Please bring your ID and the order confirmation (digital) for pick up.
- 2,00 € will be charged for this service.
We can also send your tickets to a hotel in Berlin. You can tell us the name of the hotel (incl. Address and date of arrival) later, after you have booked it.
